Judge henna powder quality by sight and smell, then get the lemon, sugar, tea water and oil ratios right — and know exactly how long to rest it.

Roll your own cones instead of buying them

Sheet selection, rolling, filling, sealing. A cone that flows the way you want it to, made in under a minute, at a fraction of shop cost.

Hold a steady line through a full sitting

Grip, pressure and speed drills until thin lines, bold lines, dots and teardrops come out the same every time — not just on your first attempt of the day.

Draw 20+ motifs without a reference photo

Paisley, peacock, lotus, mango, mandala, vines and leaf clusters — from memory, so you can design on the hand instead of copying off a screen.

Know what to leave empty

Nine fillers plus negative space, balance and depth. This is the difference between a hand that looks full and one that looks crowded.

Switch styles on the client’s request

Arabic, Moroccan, Gulf, Khaleeji, Indo-Arabic and Pakistani. When she shows you a photo, you can match the style instead of turning the booking away.

Plan a bride’s hands before you touch them

Run the consultation, map the hand and fingers, and place the dulha and dulhan motifs — so you are never redesigning halfway through.
